メモリ診断ツール「MemTest86」
Windowsが突然再起動するようになったのでメモリの原因かなと思って調査したときの覚書。
環境： Windows 11 Pro 22H2,
Windows標準の「Windows メモリ診断」より定評のあるフリーのメモリ診断ツールを使ってみる。
6時間ぐらい掛かり問題なくPASSした。
メモリの故障ではないらしい。
診断結果logはUSBメモリに保存しておく。

メモリの故障ではないことが分かったので、ブルースクリーンの原因はマザーボードかな？と思い、BIOSの設定を見直してWindows11をクリーンインストールした。
- CSM(Compatibility Supported Module)は無効にする
